It’s official! My first win last night with the under winning in the Atlanta vs. Dallas game. What a feeling!
L.A. Chargers @ Kansas City Chiefs 8:20pm FOX
If you take away the one point loss to Denver a little over a month ago, the Chargers haven’t lost since September. Rivers is setting records, and though the team misses Melvin Gordon, the offense hasn’t really had a breakdown for an entire game. Plus, with Joey Bosa back, the defense for LA is definitely stronger overall, posting 4 sacks in 4 games back. The question mark for this game is if Austin Ekeler will be good to go, and if not, it may be a rookie running back trying to gel with Rivers and the offense. The Chiefs have their fair share of dings, with Sammy Watkins ruled out for another week, and Tyreek Hill ruled questionable. Still, the firepower for the Chiefs at home is too much to pass up. Plus, one more win seals the deal for homefield throughout the playoffs for K.C. I expect plenty of scores Thursday, but the Chiefs come out on top.
Kansas City -3.5
Chicago Bulls @ Orlando Magic 9:30pm
Speaking of total losers, I can’t believe the Bulls even decided to fly down to Mexico for this game. Coaching changes, wholesale lineup changes, but the results stay the same. After showing up for the first half on Monday against the Kings, the wheels fell off and Chicago lost by double digits. The Magic are coming off of two losses of their own, but this is strictly a matchup bet, and Orlando has the better team hands down.
